In the book of Matthew 11:28, Jesus said "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." :29-30 He says: take my yoke, learn of me, my yoke is easier/light. To receive the rest He gives, we have to approach Him [Come unto me]. How then can we approach Him for His rest? Not physically but by Faith. Hebrews 4:1-3 explains that it is by Faith in Jesus through the gospel (because that is how faith is realised - Romans 10:17).
